SITE IDENTIFICATION
Alliance staff is prepared to respond to client inquiries as they regard to specific site data and identification. Based on the defined development criteria pertaining to the size of facility, amount of acreage needed, desired location, infrastructure requirements and lease or sale interest, the Alliance will respond rapidly and with full details on each site. All data collection is completed with a focus on strict confidentiality. This is to insure the client that each location can be approached with a complete portfolio of information allowing for an in-depth study prior to subsequent property owner contact. Alliance staff will assist in scheduling property owner meetings, site tours, and meetings with the respective jurisdictions to discuss infrastructure issues.
